An accomplished business leader herself, Cynthia Pharr Lee understands the challenges facing large corporations, small businesses and entrepreneurs, and she puts years of experience in the communications field to work for them to produce ROI. Cynthia’s role with Dala as senior counselor, business strategist, senior editor and creative director ensures that results from marketing communications programs not only build awareness, but also help achieve bottom-line business goals.

A well-respected professional within the public relations industry, Cynthia is an accredited practitioner who has also been elected by her peers as national chairman of the prestigious Counselors Academy of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She was also inducted into PRSA’s College of Fellows, and has received the Norm Teich Community Service Award for her work in community leadership. Cynthia pairs her PR expertise with her well-honed business acumen, earned from years of being an entrepreneur and business owner herself.

A co-founder of Texas Women Ventures Fund, Cynthia serves as a board member of International Women’s Forum, is a former president of Executive Women of Dallas and has served on a number of civic boards.  She currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Darling Ingredients (NYSE:DAR), AAA Automobile Club of Southern California and Lightstone Value Add REIT V. The Dallas Business Journal named Cynthia to its inaugural class of “25 Most Influential Business Women.”
